How to fix this in cPanel

Use an empty staging domain folder, PHP 8.4 or newer, HTTPS, and the ZIP and PDO MySQL extensions. In MySQL Databases, create a database and user and assign ALL PRIVILEGES. Keep full prefixed names. You do not need to move application files or edit paths.
